This policy covers this website only. It explains what this site collects when you use it, why, and what we do with it. It does not cover any separate agreement you may enter into with us for a project.

This site has one place that collects personal information: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive your name, work email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and a description of what you would like to improve — those are the required fields. If you fill them in, we also receive your company, the software you currently use, your preferred contact method and your timeline.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information, financial details or credentials through this form.

We use what you send for one purpose: to reply to you and to discuss the problem you described. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We retain enquiry information for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you, to manage any business conversation that follows, and to meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed for those purposes we delete it or securely dispose of it, subject to any retention period the law requires of us.

To reach us, your enquiry has to travel. These are the only outside services involved, and each one is limited to delivering or hosting the message rather than using it for anything of their own:

• Our hosting provider runs this website and its servers. Like any web server, it records standard request logs, which include IP addresses.
• An email delivery provider sends your enquiry to our inbox when you submit the form.
• WhatsApp, where that notification is switched on, alerts us that a new enquiry has arrived.

These providers operate outside India, so using this site involves your details being transferred and stored abroad.

Beyond those three, nothing else on this site handles your information. As of the revision date below there is no analytics service, no advertising network, no CRM, no marketing platform, no error-monitoring service, no CAPTCHA, no embedded video and no third-party font loaded from another server — the typefaces are served from this site itself. If any of that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.

If you would rather not use the form at all, the email address and phone number on the contact page reach us directly.

This website sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies, and it does not run a third-party analytics or advertising script. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live, and a consent mechanism will be added where one is required.

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to applicable law. Where they apply, you may also have further rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, or under other data-protection law such as the GDPR — including, where our processing relies on your consent, the right to withdraw it, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
